Why did my plan reset?

We just released new, updated versions of our iOS, Android, and web apps. Part of this release was a completely rebuild plan system that works differently - and much better - than the old version. (More improvements are on their way...) There are a lot of advantages to the new plan design - we will share many of them with you in the coming weeks and months. 

Unfortunately, some of our existing users with active plans might experience that their plan reset, before it was completed. We are incredibly sorry for this inconvenience and would like to help you fix this issue. Please contact our support - remember to include either your screen name or email address that are part of our Mental Workout credentials.
